The administrative department of Swisscare is closed only by the official Swiss national holidays.
General meetings for administration department
During the year, 4 or 5 meetings are organized with the whole administrative department. The administrative support can be closed an afternoon or a whole day. But our 24h assistance and emergency call center is always open.
