Changing form a Swiss insurance to Swisscare
Dear Swisscare customers,
As a number of you join Swisscare after having been insured with a Swiss health insurance company, please note that we are then obliged to forward your previous insurers a confimation of you joining Swisscare.
We can only do this after having received the first payment and your filled out and completed exemption forms.
To avoid any problems, please communicate the fax number of your former health insurance, we shall then fax them a confirmation as soon as we have received the documents and payment.
