New Prefixes
Swisscare changed the prefixes of your foreign student insurance plan in Switzerland. Before it was CI and now it is FSS.
SWISSCARE - Prefix changes from CI-XXXXXX-1 to FSS-XXXXXX
Dear Swisscare customers,
Summer is finally here and we are gradually updating a number of things.
The first is we shall be changing all of the prefixes of your policy numbers (instead of CI, there will be for example FSS). But no worries, your numbers will stay the same, and you can still use the old prefix if you so prefer.
