Our online forms are under a https security data transfer system. In fact, the online form is implemented in a <iframe> solution including https.
Cancellation of your purchase : The insurance can be cancelled before the start date of the insurance.
Clearing descriptor : www.swisscare-intl.com is the reference mentioned in your detailed purchasing list from your card provider.
Acceptance of your card and delivery of our services : After acceptance of your credit card, you will receive the insurance certificate as well as the general insurance conditions which you accepted beforehand. The card will be charged for the selected amount mentioned in the insurance certificate. This part is fully automatic. The procedure of payment is completely automatic and you will be charged after acceptance of your credit card. Our service begins after the reception of the positive transaction. If the card is refused the procedure is automatically stopped and an error message will appear at the top of the credit card page.
Emails addresses
Email addresses may be used to communicate information of interest to you about SWISSCARE. Our claim service will send by email or by postal mail your details and reimbursments of medical care.
Emails may be sent by SWISSCARE or an authorized agent working for SWISSCARE. All authorized agents operate with a confidentiality agreement.
Email addresses are never rented, sold or traded to third parties.
